Practice Description
Mr. Moloney concentrates his practice in employment, municipal/government, construction, and real estate litigation. He is experienced in litigating and obtaining positive results through the state and federal courts as well as through mediation and arbitration. He assists clients in efficiently and creatively resolving disputes, while aggressively pursuing their claims.

Mr. Moloney also advises businesses and government entities to assist them in minimizing and avoiding risks by providing legal and practical advice in labor, employment, general business, land-use, public records act, public administration, and real estate related matters.
