Practice Description
Ms. Rosenthal is a member of the firm's Environmental, Land Use, Real Estate, and Tribal Practice Groups. She is admitted to practice in the State of Washington and the U.S. District Court, Western District of Washington.

Before becoming an attorney, Ms. Rosenthal spent eight years working with the U.S. Department of Energy in Las Vegas, NV, on the Yucca Mountain Site Characterization Project and with the Nevada Test Site's Environmental Management Program. She has experience in public policy analysis, development and implementation; environmental regulatory compliance; and public participation and stakeholder involvement processes involving local, state, federal and Tribal governments and agencies.
