Practice Description
Ms. Pothering assists clients in domestic and international businesses with various types of transactions including: acquisitions, divestitures, real estate, construction (owner), construction (design-builder), software licenses, product supply agreements, on-site system management agreements, capital equipment purchase agreements, leases, natural resources agreements, IT system agreements, services agreements and various vendor agreements.

Ms. Pothering is Co-Chair of the firm's Business & Tax Group and Co-Chair of the Real Estate Group.
